Shipping Policy::

Thank you for trusting Ruwi Scrubs.

• Free Delivery is available all over Oman for purchases above 50 OMR.

• The delivery will be done within 1 to 2 working days for customers located in Oman.

•  Shipping charges if applicable, are non-refundable.

• The customer will bear the shipping charges for returning back or exchanging the products which are sent back to Ruwi Scrubs.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We will accept exchange and return up to 15 days after the date of delivery of the product if and only if the product is:

• Not used and not washed.

• Should be in their original condition without any stains and with intact brand tags in place .

• The product should be in a clean and new condition.

• Altered items in any way (resizing and/or embroidered ) are not exchanged or refunded.

• Must contain the original invoice.

• We don't provide pick up service for the exchange of products.

• Shipping  and customs duty charges if applicable, are non-refundable.

• The customer will bear the shipping charges for returning back or exchanging the products which are sent back to Ruwi Scrubs and also the customs duty if applicable.

• Refund and exchange value are calculated based on value of the goods minus the value of shipping and/or customs duty charges.

• Customers in Oman can visit our shop in Bousher, for exchange or return of the products free of charges if it meets the above mentioned criteria for exchange and returns.
